Reagan is the 19-year-old daughter of Michael and Michelle Webb. She resides in Morehead, Kentucky, where she is currently a freshman at Morehead State University. In 2019, Reagan was fortunate enough to be a member of the gold medal winning USA Young Riders Saddleseat Team. In addition, she is the Ohio Junior Rodeo Association 2022 Barrel Racing Champion and 2023 Queen. In her spare time, Reagan enjoys dancing, riding horses and cheerleading.

 

When asked why she wanted to be a Miss Teen Rodeo Kentucky titleholder, Reagan said, “It would be an honor for me to represent Kentucky and the rodeo community. Kentucky has always been near and dear to my heart as I have spent a great deal of time in this beautiful state competing in every sort of horse competition imaginable. I knew upon graduation that I would find my way to what I feel is my home state”.
